Sev.en Inntech a.s. is a company from the Sev.en Česká energie group, the second largest electricity producer in the Czech Republic. Within the group, the company is responsible for strategic transformation projects focused on the development and operation of renewable energy sources and the implementation of innovative solutions for modern and sustainable energy. The company's portfolio of currently developed projects reaches tens of MWp of photovoltaic power plants (PVPPs) across the entire Czech Republic. The company sees the deployment of technologies for the production, storage, transport and distribution of 100% RFNBO hydrogen in synergy with PVPPs as one of the important development topics, which is also a natural part of the post-mining transformation of coal regions and the decarbonization of local industry. The company's specific long-term transformation vision for its projects anticipates a holistic approach consisting of the integration of land-based and floating PVPPs, electrolytic hydrogen production, battery energy storage systems and the implementation of SMART energy principles. A significant related initiative at this level is also the Green Mine strategic project, which focuses on the sustainable development of the ČSA coal mine site.
